Sometimes I eat cake,
And cookies, and other stuff.
Believe me. I eat.
Edward stole my friends.
Jacob and Bella also.
Here's to you, Twilight.
This post was brought to you by a case of writer's block,
a desire to vent some frustrations but not being able to (again),
followed by a visit to Mama Kat's Writer's Workshop.
I chose Prompt #2: Write a poem about a picture.
Happy Thursday!
ACK!
I realized why I had writer's block!
My writing is over at The Purse Blogger today!!!

Good poems! Haikus are hard to write!
and umm who is that guy in the background of the Twilight picture? Did Bella and Edward fall into the Matrix?
haha, too cute! I love Bloggin in PA's comment about the guy in the Twilight picture.
if only an enema helped with writer's block....
Lol @at your writers block picture! I didn't write a poem, or hi bird coo, but I did use a picture I had. Cracks me up to see the lil' one in the background. The 2nd pic, I didn't post shows her with her finger in the back monkey's mouth. :-D
Great poems! Now I want cake.
I just made some ice cream today! It would go perfectly with your cake!
Any post featuring Edward and Bella is awesome to me! Mama Kat is always good for a case of writer's block too, isn't she?!
hahahaahaha!
dude. you should have totally done a frosty and fry pic. gag.
blade is not strong enough. also. harry potter should be somewhere here.
Is that funfetti cake?!?! My FAVORITE!
Blade and Twilight is killing me. That is so awesome.
I can't do haikus. Or those caption things.
haha, I have a (super secret) love of poetry... We had to write a lot for my creative writing class and I learned way more than ever I wanted to about rhyme schemes and symbolism. ;)
MMMMMMMM now I am hungry...I eat all those things too!
Haiku, all poetry really, are beyond me! lol But cake and cookies are something that I can get into! =)
Sorry about your frustrations. Here's to a great weekend!
I'm starving. thanks a lot.
p.s. i just added you to my blogroll. i don't "do" buttons b/c they are too much clutter for me, but you're at the top of my list.
whoo to the hoo!
off to read your post.
Reminds me of the poem fire and ice by Robert Frost. I'd have edward, but if I could do it again, jacob would suffice. Decisions, decisions....
:) Hugs
