Me! Me! I can find a faithful man! I've got one!
Faithful men don't get any publicity. But even if a man appears to be faithful, you know what I'm thinking in the back of my mind? "Yeah, but you never know."
And for The Husband, that's really not fair. Just because my ex-husband cheated on me and just because I've seen marriages of friends and family members torn apart by adultery, it doesn't mean that "all men cheat".
Because if I say "all men", I am including The Husband.
And he doesn't cheat.
And I know it.
He loves me. He even likes me.
He's a loyal man in general. When he makes a commitment, he sticks to it.
And I know that when he married me, he didn't just make a promise to me, he made a promise to God. And that means something to him.
And I mean something to him.
So to The Husband -- thank you for being faithful to God, and faithful to me. Thank you for being so loyal in general. The first part of Luke 16:10 says, "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much..." I know that's talking about money, but I think it applies in other areas of life too. And I trust you with everything.

This is lovely. I feel this way about my husband as well. I think that the commitment between you, your spouse, and God is so essential for creating the type of relationship you are talking about. My husband is one of these guys too and I am incredibly grateful.
What a great challenge! Sometimes I forget to fully appreciate how wonderful and faithful my husband is.

See?! I do this too. I KNOW mine is faithful, and would HATE if anyone ever looked at him and thought the same thing I think when I look at ANY other man, "Well, ya never know!" UGH.
